Redesigning Luna Labs: From Outdated to Next-Gen Trading Ecosystem
For Luna Labs, I was responsible for a complete redesign of the platform’s user experience and interface, transforming an outdated product into a modern, intuitive, and scalable ecosystem for traders and token creators. The scope of the project included over 70+ screens and modals, covering every major flow from wallet management and token distribution to live trading dashboards and social features. I designed a new wallet management system, enabling users to easily distribute, consolidate, and track assets across multiple wallets with just a few clicks. This included advanced modal logic, batch operations, and optimized flows to reduce friction and save time for power users. On the trading side, I redesigned the full dashboard experience by integrating TradingView charts, buy/sell logic, liquidity tracking, and real-time PnL monitoring. The new layout allowed users to execute trades with higher confidence and clarity, while keeping critical data always accessible without overwhelming the interface. For token launches, I created an end-to-end deploy system with multiple preset flows (Pump launches, Auto-dump, Bundles, Snipes, and Custom deploys). This meant balancing simplicity for casual users with flexibility and control for advanced traders — ensuring the UI could adapt to both audiences. Beyond the functional core, I also introduced a social feed integration where users can engage with posts, reply, and quote directly within the platform. One of the most innovative features was the ability to follow the most popular traders and influencers on Twitter, see their posts inside the feed, and instantly launch a token based on what they share. This transformed Luna Labs from a purely transactional tool into a community-driven ecosystem, where social signals and market actions merge seamlessly.
From Outdated to Next-Gen in 14 Days
Luna Labs was one of the most ambitious projects I’ve worked on — a complete transformation of a complex trading and token management platform into a modern, intuitive, and highly scalable product. When I joined, the platform had an outdated interface and fragmented user flows that created friction at every step. My mission was not just to “reskin” the product, but to rethink and rebuild the entire user experience from the ground up. This meant understanding the business goals, the trader mindset, and the technical constraints — and then designing an ecosystem that could scale with future growth. One of the biggest pain points in the old platform was wallet management. Users had to jump through multiple steps just to move or consolidate funds. I designed a new multi-wallet system where users could instantly distribute, consolidate, and track assets across multiple wallets. Modals were redesigned for efficiency, batch operations became intuitive, and the UX was streamlined for both beginners and advanced users. The trading dashboard was rebuilt around real-time decision-making. I integrated TradingView charts, liquidity data, buy/sell flows, and PnL tracking in a way that kept the interface powerful without overwhelming the user. Traders could now execute strategies faster, monitor multiple data points in parallel, and interact with a layout designed for clarity under pressure. Launching tokens was another major focus. I created an end-to-end deploy system with multiple strategies: Pump launches, Auto-dump, Bundles, Snipes, and Custom deploys. The challenge here was designing for two very different user types — casual users who needed a simple flow, and advanced traders who wanted granular control. The solution was a flexible UI that could adapt to both audiences without sacrificing usability.
